IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • REGISTRATION FORM: When you click the button “Register Dancer”, a registration form will pop up. Please fill in the dancer’s information, not the information for the person paying (unless it is the same person). Once you submit the pop-up form, you will be taken to the checkout screen for payment information.

  • ONE DANCER PER TRANSACTION: You will need to complete the registration and checkout/payment process once for each dancer you wish to register.

  • MULTIPLE DANCER REGISTRATION: If you’d like to register more than one dancer, you must submit and pay for each dancer individually. Do not add multiple quantities of this workshop registration under one dancer’s name.

  • GROUP/TEAM REGISTRATION: If you’d like to register 3 or more dancers from the same program, please contact us through this form.
